Poster Presentation Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please kindly refer to the guidelines below for abstract submissions. Submitted abstracts will be included in the final symposium booklet following a review by the Foundation’s Scientific Supervisory Board. Please download the provided submission template which contains details on preparing your poster.

Poster Title Submission Deadline Friday, 21st March
Poster Abstract Submission Deadline Wednesday, 30th April
PDF Poster Submission Deadline Monday, 2nd June

Submission Guidelines:

  • Please use the provided template to submit your abstract without modifying the format.
  • Please list down the affiliations of the presenting author and the co-author(s).
  • The abstract must be single-spaced, written in Times New Roman 12-point font, and limited to 150 words.
